Inpatient Rehabilitation

Certain injuries or conditions require intensive rehabilitation in a hospital setting. Our dedicated rehab units provide comprehensive therapy and nursing services in a supportive, caring environment for the following conditions:

• Neuropathy and Myopathy
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Multiple Trauma
• Hip Fracture
• Joint Replacement
• Amputation
• Polyarthritis
• Degenerative or Progressive Neurological Disorders

The inpatient rehabilitation unit provides a multi-disciplinary team approach of specialists. Each patient receives a minimum of three hours of therapy, five days per week.

Brookwood Baptist Medical Center is proud to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an organization which establishes patient-focused standards to help measure and improve the quality of rehabilitation programs and services.
