The Diagnostic Center – Hwy. 119 is located adjacent to the Brookwood Baptist Health Freestanding Emergency Department at Highway 280 and Hwy. 119 in Hoover. The Diagnostic Center – Hwy. 1119 is an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF). IDTFs are independently owned and furnish test results to outside providers, such as primary care and referring physicians. Your insurance may cover certain facilities differently, so please check with your insurance provider to choose the best facility for your needs.
