Patient Transporter Wayman Green Named “I Make A Difference” Winner

From Wayman’s nomination form: “While working Sunday morning, I was standing at the desk on 2GS. A lady approached me asking me where to find her friend (who) is a patient here. She had been given a room number when she called the operator, but when she arrived it wasn’t her friend’s room. As I was calling the operator, an employee with transport was also at the desk. He said the room might be for a CV patient instead. I confirmed that the patient was in fact 111 CV, and the guy from transport volunteered to take the visitor to her. I said that if he was busy, I could take her and he smiled and said he did not mind at all and would be glad to. His name is Wayman Green and I'd like to thank him.”
