Helen Roberts is Honored With "I Make A Difference" Award

The "I Make A Difference" Award recognizes employees that exhibit the values of Brookwood Baptist Medical Center. Helen Roberts, RN, in Palliative Care went above and beyond to locate a patient’s family so they could have loved ones around them during such a difficult time. In her nomination, Rev. Dorothy Gerr wrote about Helen, “In her advocacy work for this patient, Helen demonstrated BBH's values of service, quality and innovation. She served the best interests of both the patient and the family by locating and connecting with the patient's family members so that they could become involved in her care.” Congrats Helen, thanks for your service!
